Homefair Blinds (UK) Ltd in South Shields

Wasn't advised to remove old blinds by the advisor who measures up or when I ordered the blinds in the shop. Fortunately I read the small print on the form and spent 2 and half hours taking them down the day before. The guy who fitted them was extremely rude when he arrived, made it obvious he didn't want to be there, huffed & puffed & "Jesus!"'d his way through the first blind, left the packaging from a houseful of blinds & only when i asked if i was to get rid of them, he said he could get rid of them if i wanted. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service. I've recently had many businesses doing various work at my home and been treated as you would expect & all the packaging, old equipment removed fuss free. It's the first time in a very long time I have been angry and disappointed with a service.
