Sunshine Blinds in South Shields
I've recently encountered a similar experience as below , 'rudeness & zero customer service skills' sums it up.
After only 4-6 weeks I noticed my bathroom blind was curling in terribly at the sides, so much so, that I could see the outside from the sides of the blinds. I took photos on my phone to show the woman in the shop, an appointment was made for someone to come out to take a look, no-one showed. The outcome was, we were declined our request for a full refund, even though in their showroom a notice is displayed that every blind carries a 6 month guarantee. I would not recommend this Company.
