Never again, beware. The Swansea branch will happily take your money but when you need help after they are not interested all they want to do is figure out how to get more money from you my Mum bought a wheelchair from them and within 12 weeks (She was in Hospital for 3 weeks and housebound for a further 4 weeks) so only used approx 6 - 8 times when a part of the wheel fell off my Mother was advised the wheel had been damaged after she had bought it the chair was bought from them and we definitely didn't damage the chair but they wouldn't entertain repairing it under warranty and have charged my Mum full price to repair it we will never use this branch ever again as my Mum was so upset mainly because they didn't trust her word that we hadn't damaged the wheelchair so avoid if you can find what you need elsewhere.
