B2bquote Ltd in Wolverhampton

Used this service for a year. They do send constant alerts which is good, but as we only paid for the low tender value, all alerts are local authority work, and these leads are free of charge on all local authority e-portals so we have not renewed as there appears to be no point paying for something which is freely available. I never saw any low value private tenders at all.
