Sunaum in Hockley, Birmingham

Brought a computer on 13/11/2016 from Wolverhampton computer fair. Got it home, within a hour stopped working on signal to monitor but eg if on you tube still playing. Called number for the computer place, was told it was the monitor cable. Brought new cable, still did not work. Brought new bigger monitor, still same fault. Tried calling shop again ringing out, found that computer fair was on 18th dec 2016. Took it back was told it was windows corrupted. They reinstalled it, got it home again, power it up, guess what? Still faulty. Tried calling them, no answers again. Have called my credit card company to sort took to computer company by home faulty graphic card but could be pci slot also.

The computer I purchased at the Cardiff Computer Fair on Saturday November 26 hasn't worked properly. The Internet connection is dead, and some USB's don't work. Possibly a motherboard problem. The phone number doesn't answer.
