Halfords in Broadbridge Heath, Horsham

Just been to your branch at Broadbridge Heath after long absence, the new setup is great. We went to buy some bike parts and a staff memberwith a name tag "Lewis" saw us looking lost and offered his assistance and took us to each parts position, gave us advice on what he thought when asked (not always the most expensive) in a enthusiastic and pleasant manner and made our visit enjoyable, in marked contrast to most visits to large retail outlets. I would like to assure you I have no connections with "Lewis" never having met him before. The date was around the 2nd Feb. We would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to him.
