Prompt reliable service. The unit itself has almost totally cured the moisture on the windows which would have been covered in water previously. The mould in the corners of the bedrooms have been totally eradicated...very pleased. Only downside was that price quoted did not include VAT but i probably should have confirmed that for myself and the house is a lot cooler when used as a standard unit. Overall though great product.
