White & Britton Carpet Centre Ltd in Haverfordwest

Nearly £5000 for Ulster carpet which the manufacturer stated, had been stored folded. Creases and ridges all over. White & Britton fitter stopped answering my phone calls. Even my threat of Court action did nothing And, the fitter and wife Is the company. Stay away.

Very bad experience of creased carpet being laid badly and after many requests since July 2019 for this to be fixed/replaced this has not happened. We are now being ignored. I would not recommend this company even though they appear on Ulster Carpets recommended list at the date of this post. A spokeswoman for this company informed me they are not a member of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Save yourself some grief.
