Deep Blue Fish and Chips in St. Leonards-On-Sea

Was just at the St Leonard’s branch. They can’t cope with the orders because of the home deliveries – so the staff told me after I complained. First of my order was massively delayed, then when they finally went to pack it they realised they hadn’t cooked the fishcake. Then when they went to prepare it the second time once the fishcake was cooked they realised one of the sausages in batter had been given away so there weren’t enough to complete my order….talk about ridiculous.
I asked for some sort of refund seeing I wasn’t able to have the order I paid for & the fact they’d messed up twice, not to mention the delay, but that wasn’t possible as “the boss” wasn’t there.
The staff were inexperienced & seriously need to learn about customer service.
Left with a free bottle of coke (which i don't drink or want) & the promise of 10% off next time. Seriously as if I’d ever consider going back…
