The Brewers Arms in Polstead, Colchester

Not recommended as a good eating experience. Food was tasteless, dried up and tasted reheated, that's from the veg to the meat and the staff were unwelcoming, uninterested and indifferent. Customer service was greatly from the bored, sulky waitresses. This can only come down from the male managers who did not smile or seem to engage with anyone. Why would anyone go back here. Really disappointing and expensive. Not good value for money.
