Toll House Tea Rooms in Penrhos, Holyhead

We were headed for the Tea Van when we noticed that the tollhouse was open for business. The quaint little summerhouses which allow you to sit outside sheltered from the wind are an ingenius idea. The menu is provided as a guide, amendments are happily made to suit the individuals taste. I highly recommend the welsh cheese, ginger jam and apple sandwich which has an innovative brightly coloured side salad. The welsh teas are beautifully served with china plates and cups. Been trying to review on tripadvisor as I think this little business deserves all the success and recomendations it can get, but somehow can't log it.
