Southampton City Council Skip Hire in Southampton

If I could have given no stars it would still been to many. I phoned the number for Southampton City council skip hire and was then passed around several departments without being able to speak to a human being. No mention of skip hire only a diatribe of useless information. This is typical of all the times I have tried to contact Southampton council. The service is non existent, it would appear that no one in the council wants to speak to a citizen of the city. I still cannot believe how bad the service is, I now begrudge paying my council tax to pay people that do not give a service. Bureaucracy gone mad.
