Absolutely exceptional service, I can't recommend highly enough. Super professional, friendly and warm and very knowledgeable (knew the model of my boiler before I'd finished trying to say the name!). Came the next working day, took no time discovering the issue and ordered the part, fixed a day later. No more having to heat every pan to give our small children a bath! So polite too, offered to take shoes off despite our house being grubby :) Won't go anywhere else for plumbing now, finally found a trustworthy, knowledgable, polite expert! A*** 10/10.
