Awful service.

I called up about my laptop to see if they could replace a led screen was told they may have one in stock and to bring my laptop down so they could see if it was the correct screen that was great.

Got to the shop and was told the tech guy was out on a call out so i would have to leave it there for 30mins till he got back i said "ok not a problem how much is it going to cost me and just give me a call before you close as don't want it here over night" guy behind the counter said that's fine and said will cost about 60 for parts and 40 labour. I said ok just need done asap.
Hour later got a call telling me the screen they have in stock is not the right one and i could come get the laptop or leave it here to order a new screen.
I said i needed the screen done asap will look else where.
I was then told i was now being charged £10 i asked what for and he said to look at it to see if the screen was the right one i said i asked how much it was all going to cost me you did not tell me that and he said if you don't pay we wont give it back to you, we don't work for free.

'Work! What work? You have looked at the screen seen its not right that is it' at that point i was not happy went back gave him the money and took my laptop.

Overall he had a very bad attitude couldn't look me in the face when i picked up the laptop and would recommend not using them unless you like the hidden costs you don't get told about.
