Bought a Videx hand set, not knowing which one to buy I took pictures in and showed the man behind the counter, he said this one will do, arrived on job wrote connections on box which hand set was in, tried to fit new hand set to no joy, phoned Videx was told you have the wrong hand set, took hand set back they would not exchange, had to keep and order another hand set...be warned not good customer service.
