Catnips in London

We came home after using Catnip to look after our cats to two very hungry, upset and stressed cats. The tins of food I had left out on the counter were still unopened. On contacting Catnips I was told she forgot to come and feed them for two visits even though she had been paid and I emailed her to remind her just before we left. I was mortified that my cats had gone for 32 hours without any food or without anyone checking they were ok.
