Chris Davies Premier Lettings in Bath

This guy has embezzled funds from private landlords and other charity/church landlords.
The company is now trading under a different guise operated by a Lloyd Maycock who is director of Fountain Lettings. He was formerly the office Manger of Premier Lettings
My advise is to be very careful in dealing or letting through either of the unscrupulous characters.
We personally lost thousands of pound due to un paid rent because of these people as well as threaten with legal action by the property management companies on properties we have in Bath due to Premier letting deduction funds but not forwarding them onto the Management companies of the property.
Please be aware !!!!
