AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I wish i could give a ZERO rating because that's what we got: ZERO satisfaction. Came, looked at the job, stood around talking about his ailments for over an hour, finally said that if he migt not be able to find the replacement and tried to get us to agree to replacing the whole door, fixed panel and frame. When we emailed saying that was prohibitively expensive and we wanted to reoplace the broken parts, he did not get back to us. Had to rang him four times and each time he told us he was still looking for parts, - which seemed strange becaue we had found them quite easily online. In the end, after wasting almost a week on this pantomime, we looked for someone else, but he never even bothered getting back to us.
