The sales assistant was really helpful and gave us good advice. However, We paid a £1000 refundable deposit, but after the home survey the whole thing got nasty when we asked for our deposit back as they quoted £8000 for a basic en-suit refit. When we asked for our refunable deposit to be returned, they tried every trick in the book to avoid or delay repayment. We had real fears we would never see the money again. They got really nasty, aggressive, rude and turned into hard sales people.
