Oh Dear! Went there today.....When searching to review, quickly realised that this company goes bust and reopens under another name more times than I have had hot dinners. When you experience it - you will see why. You need not be a genius to work out why - it appears only the owner seems oblivious.

Looking past the crumbling walls and shed appearance of the self service at the rear on the business, we are faced with a greeting....... ' Where the heaters on when you arrived? No!! Then don't turn them on then!!!!'..... hand written and taped to a mouldy peeling wall. It made you feel quite unwelcome, and gave the impression of the owner being quite tight fisted and with a complete and overpowering contempt for his customers.

The washers were £4 a pop - the tiny ones that you can't fit much it - compared with another company who seems regularly lambasted for high charges in bristol, which are Only £3. The washers were mouldy, the catches were seized and had to be manipulated by hand in order to shut the door. You watched it washing hoping the slimely looking mould ring around the seal wouldn't come off on your clothes. When on a spin cycle, put you fingers in your ears, the bearings were shot on at least two washers - fitting in nicely with the lack of maintenance/care theme of the whole business.

The driers were something else - they did look clean, but even on the highest temperature ALL blew COLD.....heating of them bypassed/turned off to save power/make more money I wonder??? Price of the driers is the highest I have seen - ever! (Travel in business so use launderettes all over the UK often) The average in the UK for a higher priced launderette is £1 for 30 minutes........in here, a pound will only give you 10 MINUTES of ICY COLD air!

The state of the building, the attitude in the notes of their customers on the wall, and the service not even meeting a minimum standard - avoid it - go to bristol to a proper launderette, get it washed properly with hot water and dried in a hot drier.

All these want you to do is give you all the cash you have in your pocket and get the hell out of their face because you are a unwanted glitch in their day - which sums it up nicely.
