1st Call Taxis in Lawrence Hill, Bristol

Booked a taxi for 1am. Called them because taxi did not arrive by 1:15am, they said a taxi was on the way to me. Called again at 1:30am and heard the gentlemen ask his colleague "what should I say to him?". He said that the taxi driver that was headed to me and took another job on his way to me leaving me and my partner standing in the street in the freezing cold for an hour and no taxi ever arrived! Called again and they just hung up on me when I asked where it was. Awful company, never ever use them.
