We use this design service in 2012 for what was supposed to be a short project running for approximately 16 weeks. The final job took almost a year and over 2 years later we are still with issues that haven't been resolved and then we are contacted out of the blue 2 years later asking for more money. During the design process the drawings totally missed out the stairs in my house resulting in a badly designed first floor extension and a room that was originally designed to be flexible with stud walls in places where I did not need them. Charles Speakman wasn't entirely to blame for this it was apparently down to the change in tradesmen that he had to employ (at the last minute) as the original tradesmen that we had profiled and selected "could no longer do the job". Of those the plumbers had made a dogs ear of most of the jobs they had done right down to the classic "getting the hot and cold taps the wrong way round". I wish I had chosen the other builder...
