I booked this taxi to collect my daughter and 4 teenage friends from London on a Saturday night, and went into the office to prepay. Having quoted me £50 on the phone, they then charged £60 in the office. They were not going to give me a receipt, but when I asked for one they did give me one that said prepaid in full. On the night they were not only half an hour late, but tried to charge the children extra money as well. I will never use this company again - unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional.
