Ridge House Pharmacy in Puckeridge, Ware

Puckeridge pharmacy has a new lady working there which I found very rude!! I've been using this pharmacy for over 3 and half years and they have never moaned about my children looking at stuff. Yet this new lady behind the counter come flying out from behind the counter telling my 2-year-old daughter to get her hands off the make up. My daughter was just looking and the lady scared her and upset her when she is very unwell. So angry that AJ, whom I've known for years, said "Well she should understand..". Hello, she's 2 and is a bit behind in development and doesn't fully understand things. Where is the customer loyalty gone!! Sorry for the rant but this has made me so angry. I was shocked as AJ and his staff has never had a problem with any of my girls looking at things. I went in to get antibiotics for my daughter and they made me feel I can't shop there again because of this. Am I wrong for feeling angry and upset at AJ for treating me and my daughter this way, especially when we have been loyal customers for so long? I'm literally in there daily buying medicine and other bits. I feel so let down and upset by this.
