What a horrible experience, what company throws all their rubbish outside your front door, fills your shed with empty boxes,because they are not responsible for their own rubbish!! Works three hours per day, because they get paid the same if it takes three days or three weeks, not good when you're told four days max to start with and have four children. We are still pulling screws out of our lawn that were thrown out by them, and have dogs and small children.
Now as for the after care if anything goes wrong, forget it, still waiting and been ignored, for the sake of a soft close button that failed, and four plastic infill caps for holes in doors.
Work started mid April and finished mid June, I really don't understand how this company is still making money on this island, I did get a half hearted apology when I made a stink at the start, but once they have your money, be prepared to be ignored and forgotten about!

I totally agree with the above, they are ignoring my emails, larder doors banging shut and a lot more errors. Some of the units are damaged. When i spoke to Duncan, it was excuses all the way. Being charged for hours they wernt here. Only here 3 to 4 hours a day. It was a nightmare from start to finish. I certainly wont be reccommending them to anyone. But im not finished with them yet!!!
