Recently buying an apartment & the sellers used KL. I'm not one to moan but honestly they've been slow with everything and required constant chasing by the sellers, our solicitors and even ourselves.

I hope we are a one off but I'm very unimpressed with how they've dealt with things, as our the sellers.
