I would not recommend. Following repointing and lead work being carried out we noticed some small sections where the lead flashing that joins the bricks had not been pointed and gaps were visible, we were concerned about possible ingress of water so asked Ben for his opinion, twice he promised to come and view but both times he failed to visit. He then ignored all calls and messages from us. Very disappointing as when the work was carried out we found him very reliable but post work service was a let down.
