All Seasons Florist in Northfleet, Gravesend

This lady could not have got my order more wrong.

We ordered funeral flowers for my brother, who died very young and the family were already very distressed and distraught but it gets worse, we made the mistake of ordering my brother's funeral flowers from All Seasons.

So where shall I start:

The flowers turned up late, not just by a few minutes but very late to the point where we were about to call and tell All Seasons not to bother as the coffin was arriving. The lady from the florist said she had overslept - in a very matter of fact way.

As soon as the lady left, my sister checked the flowers and she had spelt my brother's name wrong - yes totally wrong, the flowers were then hidden from the hundreds of people that had now descended our house and could not be used. So no funeral flowers for my brother - thanks to All Seasons.

I called up yesterday, and the lady picked up the phone, she said I'm closed and she put the phone down on me. This is having known she had drastically messed up the order.

No phone call today, no apology and no effort has been made to put it right.

Please do yourself a favour and use another florist - your flowers might turn up on time, be spelt correctly and you may get a little customer service in the process, which you will not get from All Seasons.
