Britannia Windows in Snodland

Had Britannia replace our conservatory in 2014 one of the window seals has now got a fault and has lots of condensation inside the sealed unit, we reported this to Britannia windows to get a replacement unit on the 15th August 2017 four weeks later and several telephone calls still no replacement.
It would appear that the ten year warranty is not very important to this company.
