After 35 years I was experiencing difficulties opening and closing my front and conservatory doors. I am in my 80s and have arthritis in my hands so turning the key was painful and hard to grip. I avoided leaving the house as couldn't sometimes get back in without help. Loyal-locksmiths have replaced and upgraded all the locks and hinges to all four external doors and supplied me with a key turner device to help me turn the Key in the lock. I cant praise them enough for all their work help and advice. I can now open lock & unlock all my doors with ease. I would highly recommend loyal locksmiths to anyone. I 'am extremely pleased.
