Blue Barn Equestrian Centre in Great Chart, Ashford

We hired the school but then our horse became sick. We called to cancel the use of the School and produced a vetting note. We were greeted by Kate Morris on the phone who in turn refused to give back our school hire funds. In fact she proceeded to be very bad mannered and put the phone down for no reason as there was no argument? Kate obviously needs the £35. Kate then blocked our future phone calls. We called from another phone and I was met with the same strange backwards behaviour? Confused how this establishment runs its self with inadequate staff. We have always had good experiences at BlueBarn when attending the horse shows but has changed my ideas on the place. The fact that kate Morris feels ok to treat people in this way, It doesn't set a good example for a company! The message here is maybe book another school all you equestrian people just incase you need a refund.
