Ultimate Loft Ladders in Dartford

DO NOT TRUST!!!
What a waste of time (=money)!

After survey and quotation, we agreed to install a loft ladder and flooring. The job was booked three weeks in advance and therefore we took our precious annual leave to allow Jim the 4 days he needed to complete the job. We also called him one week before to check everything was on track.
The morning Jim came to start, he walked away after 2 minutes in a very rude manner saying the job had to be rescheduled because of parking permit, which could have been sorted online instantly.
Jim used the parking permit issue as an excuse to not do the job that day. Afterwards he justified his bad manner saying he was under pain killers because of a back pain. We don't think this is a reason to lie and act in a very awkward way.

THE ULTIMATE LOFT LADDERS turned out to be very unprofessional, they made us waste our precious time.
