Vauxhall Whitmore's in Edenbridge

When i first took my car in they were quite rude to me as I had spoken to vauxhall about a recall issue. They gave me no indication of when I would have my car back and every time I phoned they fobbed me of either saying they would call back, which never happened, or it would be ready the next day. They knew my situation that I needed my car for work like most people, but made it as difficult for me as possible.

After two weeks they did some work on it which didn't fix the problem. I eventually got out of them over the phone it would cost £390 all in for more work which I agreed to, being desperate. After a month it was finally repaired but when I went in to collect it the price was bumped up to nearly £550. I would never use them again under any circumstances, I'm not usually one to complain, the service was truly terrible and I'm amazed they can get away with it.
