Falkham Tyres in Longfield

No good. I bought two sets of brand new tyres there, they agreed to change them over free of charge when the first set wore out, when that time came they agreed to change them over but only if I paid them! When I challenged Karen the boss she stone walled me giving excuses about the age of the second set which have been stored indoors and are in as new condition. I told her that they were prepared to change them if I paid which she denied. Their loss, all our business, family and if I have anything to do with it friends' vehicles will now be going to another local tyre dealer who fitted my tyres and agreed they were in great condition to fit.
