Russell & Bromley in Bluewater, Greenhithe

Today my husband took me to Bluewater. It had been my birthday a few days ago and he had been very generous.

Why open a store with very limited stock. Three pairs of shoes I wanted and none in stock. While waiting (a very long time) for shoes to come from stock room I saw the same thing happening over and over. One pair of shoes that I had wanted I was told were not coming into the shop again and I would never get them.

No problem on line! I will never bother with this store again.

I'm not one to usually write a review unless the service is outstanding! But the russlle and Bromley store in bluewater was an awful shopping experience! Staff were rude making snide comments, very unprofessional!! And when I wrote to complain the customer service team were less than helpful! I would advise other customers to steer clear of this store and brand all together!! Very unhappy customer!!
