We deliver to all surrounding areas including Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire and London. We stock over 40 ranges of bedroom and dining ranges including sliding and hinge door robes with free fitting all displayed in our 20,000 sq ft showroom. We also ensure we do not compromise on choice, style and quality with ranges constructed from solid timber such as oak, pine, and walnut. We also have ranges of painted furniture.

Agree with previous review in that aftercare service is non- existent. Bought bedroom furniture from A5 who severely scratched our laminate floor in the same room. I pointed this out to the fitters who advised that I needed to contract the office to sort it out, a chap visited our property and tried to blame us, stating that it could not have been the fitters, we are honest people and were made to feel awful that we dared to raise this issue. The scratch had chipped right into the laminate floor and was right in the centre if the doorway. Trouble is that we cannot simply replace with another piece as no existing match available. A5 were rude and not interested. We have since replaced the flooring at our own cost and no apology. I would never recommend A5 to anyone.
Poor quality furniture, worse quality assembly (twisted the metal frame and rounded off half of the bolts by using power tools- nullifying warranty). Aggressive when issues raised, tried to get away with fitting spare parts from other furniture which didn't fit. Refused to replace the item despite their own fitters (2nd pair) admission that metal frame twisted and that many people have had similar issues - stated they didn't blame me for sending stuff back. Combine all this with the rudest and worst aftercare service on the market and overly long delivery times... You get afive furniture. Avoid where possible and if you do buy from them, hope that you are lucky and they get it right first time, otherwise prepare to be fobbed off, insulted and have your time wasted. Be wary!
