Crystal Lemon Care Ltd in Ampthill, Bedford

We have used this Company for some months now and find them to be unreliable a lot of the time. We have had lots of missed calls and the times are not always kept to. The Carers are kind and I don't blame them, they're only doing as they're told. Several of the Management Team are rude and aggressive for no reason. An untrained Carer was also sent to us to use a Hoist which she was not trained to use. She had no certificate for this. They "bang on" about Health and Safety, but don't know the meaning of it, except when it suits them. I would not recommend this Company to anyone.
