Absolutely terrible. I ordered a leather waistcoat on the 28th August, and today is the 17th September, and still no sign of any delivery. I have sent 3 emails to date with not so much as a reply or acknowledgement. After paying their overpriced 9.99 delivery you can see why I'm annoyed. Avoid at all costs unless you like paying money for nothing.
