Would I recommend, ABSOLUTELY NOT! 20% deposit at time of order and remaining balance all but £500 due week prior to fitting? Remaining £500 we were told due once were satisfied with everything, Really, we have had full house rewired, new bathroom, new windows and not once asked for any monies let alone all but £500.

This company started my kitchen w/c 25/7/16, had to phone on the Monday morning as told they would be here first thing, approx 10:30 they rock up. First few days went well, kitchen ripped out and wiring plumbing plastering done, we were told it would take 5 days mon-fri and all would be completed. Friday night were theft with 5 down-lights hanging from ceiling as they didn't have enough bulbs, 3 plinth lights not working and they didn't have spares with them, outside tap connected to mains and not under sink as was on order form, oven sat in place and not secured, plastering to be finished as wiring had to be pulled from wall to be re-positioned as not in correct place when put in, kitchen window upvc not fixed in and just sat in-place, we were told by salesman end of units would be same high gloss finish as the chosen kitchen - are they hell, we were advised it would be finished on Monday.
Monday came and no-one showed up, we contacted the office and they weren't even aware it still hadn't been finished, we were then advised they'd be back out Tuesday to complete, not once during the week did the office call to see how the work was going or to keep us up-to-date with any progress etc.
Tuesday came and again we were on the phone to see what was getting done, all in all it was eventually finished on the Thursday - that afternoon Rita was then on the phone requesting the final payment of £500, now as I was at work I couldn't pay as I don't carry my cards, Darren then phoned (company director I believe) trying to intimidate me that this need paying today, well, same answer given, I advised that once I've had time to check work etc and make sure all is completed that we requested I'd be happy to pay.
Friday came and again Rita's on phone looking for money - same answer given as I'm again on 12hr shift, then Tony (the salesman) calls, I mean how many times are they going to intimidate me or try and force me into paying - what really pissed me off is NOT ONCE ON ANY PHONE-CALL DID ANYONE ASK IF WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE KITCHEN OR THE WORK CARRIED OUT AND WERE WE HAPPY TO PAY FINAL INSTALLMENT - THEY WERE ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING MONEY.

Prior to work being started we were quoted £1600 from them to get walls and floor tiled, we declined this offer and got 3 quotes from other firms - supply and fit exact same as they were and the dearest quote was £700? When we asked if they could match or re-look at price Tony said No £1600 is the price, SO BEWARE OF THEIR PRICES AND GET QUOTE. Company certainly doesn't appear to have the professionalism that it makes out or that what the salesman said it had, we tried to do as much homework as we could at that time. However, we wonder why we cannot leave a review on the company website? Its only testimonials - not sure if fake or real (decide for yourself) - Facebook has reviews, but look closely at the names and go through some of the friends, some are staff and others are friends of staff?? As I say - Buyer Beware!

The quality of the goods appear good, but the professionalism and the customer service / aftercare is in my opinion a DISGRACE. Needless to say we paid the final installment today (Monday) at the office whereby I was the one that was told I was being intimidating? WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
