Rocco's in Forth, Lanark

The worst place ever: we ordered delivery, waited two hours and when we phoned to know what was happening the girl sworn on us. So we decided not to pay for it anymore. After two weeks we've ordered a collection and the owner said we will not get our order until we pay for last one. Terrible customer service, rude employees and the boss. We will never go back to this place.

I would have given no stars but couldn't. Bought 3 fish suppers from here and the fish was so overcooked it was like plastic. When I phoned to complain I was told I was pulling a fast 1 and not to come back. Great customer service. Compaies like this are a disgrace.
