The Glass Man in Wishaw

Disappointed and disgusted with the service received at The Glass Man store in Wishaw today. My mother and I are not glass experts so naturally my mother did repeat a couple of questions so that she could fully understand the advice given about an off cut piece of glass.
The interaction between the female staff member, my mother and I seemed to be going fine till her male colleague abruptly interrupted us by removing the piece of glass saying 'you either buy it for £8 or not'. He then in an aggressive tone said that we were not listening to his colleague and we were taking up her time. First of all there was not a single customer in the store that we were taking her away from and secondly is it not their job to advise and spend time with their customers? When questioning his attitude he told us to leave his store.
I am a manager in retail and I have never seen or experienced such awful customer service. The staff clearly don't have the patience or customer facing skills to deal with customer queries and would rather lose business than act in a professional manner.
I normally not the type to complain but feel that it is necessary as we left the store upset, shocked and angry.
I suggest that customer take their glass needs elsewhere.
