XDP Ltd in Salford

I am waiting for a package from Amazon, got an email from XDP this morning saying it will be delivered by 3, it is now now 6pm and no sign of them! What a wast of time...

I have always found them to be very professional, not sure why other people are complaining, maybe I was lucky? Still, I've used xdp on several occasions and never had a problem with them.

I tried to contact them several times and when I finally got through on my 8th call was told they were not delivering the parcel to me that day as booked. When I complained, the person on the phone was quite rude and hung up on me. Never again!

Don't ever deal with xdp, I had to take 2 extra days off work and it still hasn't come. Said 48 hour courier service, it's been 96 hours. Avoid!

Always found them to be very professional and efficient.
