Call-a-Cab in Denton, Manchester

To give them one star seems abhorrent. I booked a taxi from Manchester and even rang on the day to make sure the booking was still ok, they ensured me they would be there. When it came to the pickup time, we rang them to make sure we were waiting in the right place. The man informed me 'we don't have a booking under your name, love' and was almost sniggering about it. They knew VERY well that they had a booking - I had paid in advance! As far as I'm concerned they are a scamming company who has every intention of taking money and never turning up. I had ignored the rest of the bad reviews because it was so cheap but NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

Brilliant firm. My daughter got stranded the other night and they picked her up for me.

Absolutely terrible. Overcharged for a journey. Took 7 phone calls and 2 visits to the office to get my refund. Staff and owner Mr Ali told string of lies and broken promises. They should be ashamed.
