Do not order a kitchen off this company, do not allow this company into your house, do not give your bank account details to this company, they fitted my kitchen in July of this year, well half fitted it & never come back to finish it. They also took money out of my bank acount without my consent, after me initially giving it them for my order to be processed. Their fitters are not gas safe/ corgi registered & after leaving my house with a massive gas leak (National Grid could not believe the state it had been left) they should be shut down! I now have a solicitor involved & court is pending for them... do not use this company... they also go under the name Athena Fitted Furniture... use this company at your peril!

Do not use this company. As of all the other reviews I've read since using them. I had nothing but problems with them. The customer care is non existent and after countless problems including the wrong cupboard doors being made they then tried to blame me saying that I had not ordered the doors that I had ordered. I was left in the end to buy my own glass shelving for glass cabinets which apparently only come with one glass shelf even though there are brackets in place for 2 shelves. It goes without saying that I had them cut to size and bought them from elsewhere as I wouldn't give Excel another penny! (Excel is also known as Doors and More in Hyde).
