Absolutely horrible customer service, and somehow even worse sewing service provided. An absolute time waste and a nightmare of a women to have to deal with. Clothes measurements were took incorrectly, and once the clothes were eventually “ready to collect”, (should have been ready a month before) we found various things wrong. Length, width and even trousers were sewn incorrectly for all three people ordering! When shown, the women accused us of time wasting and lying. It was an absolute struggle getting the adjustments made, and even then the clothes were left in an unwearable state. A total waste of £130 each and a waste of time and effort. If I could rate lower, I definitely would!
