My expensive stone patio, which I paid for, was laid incorrectly, placed upside down, so could not be pointed, my steps are collapsing. After numerous promises to correct these issues, my calls are now being ignored.

This is sad as I have left messages explaining that I don't want a refund, I would just be very grateful to have the dangerous steps and patio made safe, so we can enjoy our garden without the risk of my visually impaired children hurting themselves. All my attempts to to sort this problem amicably have failed. Every time I call mobile or landline my calls are ignored. I feel extremely let down and hurt.
