Here at KCR we pride ourselves on being the first large scale model car dealer in the UK. We, with the help of our friends, started the sport of 1/5th scale car racing here in the UK when it was considered unfashionable, unheard of and unlikely to succeed. Back then we already owned a successful model business (Rossendale Models) specialising in plastic model kits and RC but wanted to create a new, larger form of model car racing and knew it would need a dedicated company presence to succeed, hence the launch of King Cobra Racing & Distribution or KCR as it is more commonly known. Established to supply and support all forms of large scale RC cars. As the years rolled on we merged KCR and Rossendale Models (Rossmod) together as one company and consolidated the two websites.
