GGL in Leyland

They came very quickly after a phone call from Scottish Power who insure our boiler as it was an emergency as we had no heat or water and old people in the house. Nice guy called Jimmy called and said it needed a new expansion vessel promising it would be in a day or two. He left the boiler turned off. Ordered part and it came in 36 hrs later but GGL never phoned us to arrange fitting despite telling Scottish Power they would. I phoned them at considerable cost (0871 number!) and they said it would be 6 days before they could come to fit it!
Old sick people in house and having to wait 6 days! Unacceptable! Scottish Power have written an " Incident Report" on this matter.
