Sold car knowing timing belt was due but never told me when purchased. Peugeot garage insisted that they must have known what they were selling especially as these are supposed car dealers. Spoke to them they said how would they know the belt was going! Any good motor trader knows its in the log book when due and a quick test would have seen this. £1300 out of pocket as it went and took engine with it. Have to scrap car as cannot afford a new engine.
