My French Bulldog Billy suddenly passed away, I searched the internet for pet cremations in Manchester and came across Pennine Pet Cremations, I read the reviews, everyone mentioned Stuart and how he was caring and professional. I rang Stuart and he was very understanding to our needs with regards to Billy. He picked Billy up the same day, he went through everything with us, told us how he operates, explained fully how the cremation was singular and how he cleaned the furnace after every cremation and Billy was returned to us the very next day in a lovely urn. I cannot praise Stuart enough, you just don't get this kind of service anymore with anything nowadays, a genuine, understanding individual who I would highly recommend to anybody in the unfortunate circumstance's of losing their precious pet.

We lost my Mums dog during the night and rang Pennine the next day. I spoke to Stuart, who went through the procedure, and explained how everything worked. He arranged to come and pick up the dog within minutes. The dog was returned the very next day. I can't recommend this company enough, they are totally sympathetic and professional at a very sad time in your life.

A small, friendly, individual service. Even though live a good 30 min drive away, he was able to pick up my pet the same day and bring him home again at my earliest convenience, and charged what I think is a reasonable price for everything. I only had the option of a scattertube for the remains, but that could just be because my pet was so small. Overall, very happy with the service I received.
